We will be with you along every step of the home buying journey, on hand to answer your questions and provide expert advice should you need it.

Sales & Marketing

Our highly skilled team of Sales Consultants will be on-hand to help you throughout the purchase of your new home. They have the answers to any questions you may have regarding the actual purchase of your new home and how best to look after it once you move in.

The team are trained to put you, the customer, first - whilst balancing the company’s responsibilities to meet industry standards and uphold this customer charter. 
Before contracts are exchanged, we will endeavour to give you all the information you need to be sure you are making the right choice and alleviate any stresses along the way. We firmly believe that you deserve to be spoken to like humans and make it our aim to do away with unhelpful jargon and sales speak. 

This information will include:

  • A written reservation agreement

  • An explanation of the Home Warranty Cover

  • Description of any Management Services and an estimated cost

  • Specification and contents list

  • Brochure or plan showing the layout, appearance and plot position

We will make sure that you choose and instruct your own solicitor or legal conveyancer to represent you and handle the legal procedures of purchasing a property.
We are only good as the people that work at Hollins Homes and you will be given the names and contact details of the people responsible for looking after your purchase. 
We will go the extra mile and deal with your enquiries in a thorough, diligent and professional manner.

Hollins Homes will clearly explain to you how reservation fees, contract deposits and any other pre-payments that we receive from you are protected.

We will provide you with clear and accurate information in the Contract of Sale, so that you are fully aware of your legal rights should you wish to cancel the purchase of your new home.

Customer Care

We are determined to keep you fully updated on the progress of your new home through regular communication. 

Once we have decorated your new home and connected it to main services, we will provide you with an anticipated legal completion date.

Before completion, you will be invited to a tailored demonstration of your home's domestic systems, appliances, fixtures and fittings to ensure that you are fully aware on how to best run your new home. 

Once we have legally completed with funds being received by our solicitors, we will handover the keys to your new home. You will also be provided with an information pack which contains all the operating manuals, guarantees and certificates relating to your new home.

Although every step is taken to prevent any issues, should there be a problem with your new home in the first two years after legal completion, you will receive assistance from the Hollins Homes team who will provide you with a skilled and dedicated service.

Warranty

We have faith in the build quality of your new home and so should you. To reinforce this, you will will benefit from a ten year structural warranty, with the first 2 years of this cover being provided by Hollins Homes. The full details of this cover will be in your own warranty documents which you will receive through your solicitor or legal conveyancer.
